Gain on-the-job caring experience and valuable qualifications

An apprenticeship is a great way to gain entry into the highly satisfying field of care work, and you can take advantage of first-rate learning and gain hands-on work experience while earning a wage as an Apprentice Care Worker. The apprenticeship can last between one and two years. At the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have gained both practical experience and care-work qualifications which can form the basis for a fulfilling career.

You’ll work alongside experienced care workers, learning new skills and gaining valuable insight into what this rewarding line of work entails – including the provision of personal care, domestic services, medical assistance and general companionship.

Why work in the care sector?

If you’re kind, compassionate and trustworthy and would like to help frail and infirm people maintain their independence and dignity, a role as an in-home carer could be right for you.

There are a number of highly valued roles involving care and support, and by starting your career as an Apprentice Care Worker, you could soon be on your way to a permanent position in the care sector.

I have worked with Rosemont Care from the day it opened, and we have gone from strength to strength. We are like a family here and work together to make sure we look after each other and the people we care for. I could not imagine working anywhere else where we have the same work ethic. Gurpreet and Hardip have been supportive to me in so many ways and are wonderful to work for.
