Oversee the business to maintain the highest standards of care

A Registered Manager’s role involves dealing with the day-to-day running of the entire care operation. They must allocate resources, control budgets and scrutinise performance to ensure that standards and levels of care are maintained at all times.

You will lead the teams involved in all aspects of care, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each team member and arranging additional support where it is needed. As well as following company policy, you will need to implement government and local authority regulations, and keep up-to-date with the frequently changing demands it makes on the industry.

General responsibilities of the Registered Manager include:

• Provide clients with a personal, professional service
• Ensure the quality and safety of the service we provide
• Lead staff and support their work
• Develop and promote the Rosemont Care business.

As a Registered Manager, you will be in a position to direct and affect the care that is delivered to all our clients. Working with a team of professional carers, you will find the role highly rewarding as you bring happiness, independence and dignity to frail and vulnerable people.

A senior role within Rosemont Care, the job of Registered Manager is busy and demanding but very satisfying. All necessary training will be provided as well as ongoing training delivered as your career progresses.
