Care Quality Commission
The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. By monitoring, inspecting and regulating services, they ensure people are provided with services that are safe, effective, compassionate and of a high-quality. All findings are published, including performance ratings to help people when choosing a care provider.
UK Home Care Association (UKHCA)
The UKHCA is the professional association of home care providers from the independent, voluntary, not-for-profit and statutory sectors. Through its code of practice, the UKHCA promotes high standards of care among organisations that provide domiciliary care and represents the sector with national and regional policy-makers and regulators.
Rosemont Care is a member of UKHCA and fully adheres to its code of practice.
