Care Coordinator

Plan and control the delivery of care in the community.

The role of the Care Coordinator is primarily administrative and largely office-based. You will provide ongoing support to our staff and clients, working in liaison with Care Supervisors and other members of the care team to deliver a first-rate service wherever it is needed. You will also be responsible for recruiting new Care Workers to the team.

This is a far-reaching role that takes into account the requirements of a large number of different clients, each with their own particular needs and unique circumstances. At all times, you must always remember that each client is an individual and show them the respect they deserve, doing everything you can to maintain their dignity and independence.

If you have great communication skills and possess the confidence and quick-thinking abilities to coordinate a busy, dynamic team – you could be a Care Coordinator at Rosemont Care.
