Work with us
Plan and control the delivery of care in the community.
The role of the Care Coordinator is primarily administrative and largely office-based. You will provide ongoing support to our staff and clients, working in liaison with Care Supervisors and other members of the care team to deliver a first-rate service wherever it is needed. At all times, you must always remember that each client is an individual and show them the respect they deserve, doing everything you can to maintain their dignity and independence.
