A Registered Manager’s role involves dealing with the day-to-day running of the entire care operation. They must allocate resources, control budgets and scrutinise performance to ensure that standards and levels of care are maintained at all times.
You will lead the teams involved in all aspects of care, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each team member and arranging additional support where it is needed. As well as following company policy, you will need to implement government and local authority regulations, and keep up-to-date with the frequently changing demands it makes on the industry.
General responsibilities of the Registered Manager include:
- Provide clients with a personal, professional service
- Ensure the quality and safety of the service we provide
- Lead staff and support their work
- Develop and promote the Rosemont Care business.
