A live-in carer can accompany you to appointments at your GP surgery or at the hospital. If you are struggling to keep on top of the dates and times of your treatment, they can help create a calendar of appointments. With this knowledge, they will have you ready on time, organise appropriate transport and be with you for emotional support.

Person-centred Care

Our elder live-in care services are always tailored to you. When you get in touch, we will speak to you and your family to create a personalised care plan. This will include information about your routine, likes and dislikes and health conditions. It will also detail how a carer can best help you.

When a carer comes to stay with you, they will have studied your care plan. We always pick carers that are highly trained and capable of helping you with your specific needs. As you get to know each other, they can update the care plan so that other members of the team have the most up-to-date information.
