What is a nebuliser?
A nebuliser is a machine that turns medicine into a fine mist which is then breathed in through a mask/mouthpiece.
What’s a nebuliser used for?
A nebuliser is to inhale medication to clear your airways or to treat infections, especially for those who may suffer from a lung condition or are unable to use an inhaler.
How can we help?
If any of our Service Users have been prescribed a nebuliser, our specialised Support Workers are competence trained and signed off by a nurse to ensure they provide a safe and comfortable service.
