"Rosemont Care have been caring for and assisting my mum for a year now and is still ongoing and I can't fault their services at all. My family and I really wouldn’t have been able to cope without them especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mum has stage 6 Alzheimer’s so she can be really difficult sometimes but the carers are so good with her with their friendly and patient manner. They assist with all of her personal care and hygiene plus ensuring Mum receives her medication during their twice-daily visits. Such a lovely bunch of carers and although Mum struggles to remember her closest family she somehow lights up when two particular carers visit. "

I live with the customer and therefore see the carers for every visit they make. We are both extremely happy with the service received from Rosemont. We are very fond of all the carers who attend, their manner, friendliness, adherence to policy and professionalism are excellent. If I need to contact them at any time, the phone is always answered quickly. I receive a regularly updated timetable of who is visiting and when this is really appreciated. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the carers have shown true professionalism with their adaptation of practice and use of PPE.

My husband has had regular care from Rosemont since 2016 following a major stroke. They have been wonderful carers and have made our lives so much easier. I feel confident of their care and know they will always be good-humoured and helpful. They have liaised with the Stroke Rehab team when my husband recovered a skill (eg learning to go upstairs to take a shower) and always assist and encourage my husband's independence. No hesitation in recommending them!
